Terms of Use
Last updated: October 10, 2026Service provider
VoxKeep is provided by Paleion Labs S.à r.l.-S (being incorporated), Luxembourg. Contact: contact@voxkeep.com
The service
VoxKeep turns the voice messages you send to the Telegram bot @VoxKeep_bot into text. Transcription runs on our own servers. What we do with your audio and your data is described in our privacy policy.
Age
VoxKeep is for people aged 18 and over.
Plans
The Free plan costs nothing, within the limits shown on the Pricing page. Prices and contents of the Pro and Premium plans are not set yet; they will be shown on that page before any subscription.
Acceptable use
- Only send voice messages you are allowed to have transcribed, including ones forwarded to you by someone else, and respect the rights of the people speaking in them.
- Do not use VoxKeep to capture, listen in on or transcribe, without the right to do so, conversations you are not part of.
- Do not use VoxKeep for anything unlawful.
- Do not try to reverse-engineer, overload or misuse the service.
Telegram's own terms still apply to you, since your voice messages travel through it.
Availability
We do our best to keep VoxKeep running, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.
Your content
You keep the rights you hold in the voice messages you send us and in their transcriptions. VoxKeep claims no ownership over them. You must have the rights or permissions needed to send them to us.
Accuracy
An automatic transcription can contain mistakes. It is not certified evidence. Review the transcription carefully before relying on it.
Liability
We are liable for damage for which we are legally responsible. These terms do not limit any right or remedy the law gives you.
Ending
You can stop using VoxKeep at any time. We may suspend access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or immediately where needed to prevent unlawful use, a security breach or an overload of the service. Any suspension is proportionate; we tell you the reason and how to contact us, unless the law prevents it.
Changes
We may update these terms for a legitimate reason, such as a change in the service, in security or in the applicable law. We publish the new version on this page with the date it takes effect. For any significant change to your disadvantage, we tell you directly with reasonable notice, so that you can refuse the new version and stop using VoxKeep before it applies. Rights you have already acquired do not change.
Complaints
For a complaint about the service, write to contact@voxkeep.com describing the problem; we reply through the same channel.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of your country of habitual residence, and the rights to bring proceedings available to you under the applicable rules on jurisdiction.
These terms are available in French, English, German, Spanish, Italian and Dutch. If you use the site in another language, this English version is the one offered to you. If the versions are ambiguous or differ, your rights as a consumer are preserved, including the interpretation most favourable to you.
